The obligatory kawaii young girl character for Kawaii Ryûkishi to ogle. Inventor who joins the party at some point in Legend of Mystery (complete text) and is necessary for something or other. Someone who can be arsed should make this more specific.

Also a reference to Matthew Lesko, some guy who dresses up in ridiculous outfits covered with question marks and was a trademark of Pushinbrown, may he rest in peace. (Note: As far as I know, Pushinbrown never actually died).
